RSS tweaks

Hola Nestoria fans!

You’ll be pleased to know that as of about 20 minutes ago we’ve slightly modified Nestoria RSS feeds to display the keywords for each listing.

What does this mean for you the UK property searcher? Well, whether you’ve got your eye on renting a two bedroom under £700 a month in Bristol or you’re looking for three bedroom houses for sale near Rye between £400,000 and £500,000 we’ve got an RSS feed for you. And now, besides just showing the insightful teaser penned by the estate agent we also append the keywords we’ve extracted from the description via our magic technology.

Long story short – it’s faster and easier for you to find your dream house eat a glance. RSS lets you control the information flow. If you’re still baffled by RSS and how you can use it to manage information effectively? Look no further than the BBC’s excellent guide to all things RSS.

Here’s how the keyword-charged feeds look in one RSS reader:

Alternately, you can go to any Nestoria search result page and simply change the www in the page address to an rss and you’ll also get the RSS feed (by the way, we welcome hacking our URLs).

Enjoy, and more on keywords coming soon….
